Product specialists are in charge of demonstrating the products and its applications to doctors and hospital staff. Their main responsibilities include train end-users, report sales leads, report technical defects and identify and report possible key opinion leaders.
Demonstrate the product and its applications to doctors and hospital staff.
Train the end-users on product and its usage.
Stay up to date with new features and disposables.
Report results of installation / demonstration / training to National Business Development Manager.
Report possible sales leads to the National Business Development Manager.
Report complaints to the National Business Development Manager.
Report technical defects to the National Business Development Manager.
Report activities of competition to the National Business Development Manager.
Identify and report possible key opinion leaders to the National Business Development Manager.
Report input of KOL to the National Business Development Manager.
Test and check products for technical specifications.
Installation of hardware and software.
Technical support and field repair of products.
Set up and support of products for demo/trials in conjunction with sales representatives.
Carry out preventive maintenance.
Coordinate field visits with Area Sales Managers and the National Business Development Manager.
Make use of skills to promote and introduce new client products to existing and new clients.
Attendance of trade fair meetings if needed.
Attend intercompany training events, meetings.
