The WinPack is the leading wearable modular device for comprehensive vital sign monitoring in lower-acuity hospital settings and at home. It is comfortable to wear, easy to use and lightweight. The WinPack is a class IIA CE marked medical device.
The WinPack is recommended for all patients in the post-acute phase or affected by one or more chronic diseases while hosted in lower-acuity settings or at home. The WinPack can be used for adults and paediatric purposes on: neonates, infants and children. For children under the age of three is mandatory to use the WinPack under the constant supervision of qualified personnel.

  • Clinical: the medical staff can set customizable and individualised alerts for each patient. There are two levels of alerts: one yellow and one read. Yellow alerts are only visual while read ones are both visual and audible.

The WinPack is powered by rechargeable Li-ion and Li-po batteries. A standard battery and an XL version are available. The first lasts up to 12 hours. The XL battery lasts up to 30 hours.
Patients can wear the WinPack on different parts of their body by using comfortable wearable supports.
  • SpO2: both reusable and disposable ear/finger probes, clips and adhesive strips.

SpO2 probes are also available for paediatric use. Please refer to the user manual for a list of compatible sensor clips and probes.

The EWS index is a simple tool for checking vital functions that returns a numeric value indicating the risk of the onset of adverse clinical events. The principle of the EWS score is correlation of physiological parameters indexed on a points scale which provides a shared standard for evaluation of the patient’s clinical status.
NEWS, as with all EWS systems, includes measurement of the most important physiological parameters:

  • Respiration rate.
  • Oxygen saturations.
  • Body temperature.
  • Systolic blood pressure.
  • Heart rate.
  • Level of consciousness.

Each parameter is graduated into levels. Each level is attributed a numeric value. The sum of the numeric values provides measurement of the discrepancy from the normal physiological state.


The modular and scalable platform allows clients to decide if it is more convenient for them to connect the WinPack to their infrastructure via Bluetooth or WiFi, and if a dedicated network is preferable to a shared one.
